Sergeant Roenick is in charge of the dilapidated Precinct 13. As a snowstorm rattles the rundown station, a diverted bus escapes the ravages of the storm, seeking haven. Criminal mastermind Marion Bishop is on board. Hot on his tail comes a crooked cop who wants Bishop dead before he testifies in court. Bringing an army of fellow corrupt officers with him, they put the police station under siege.
